Job summary

Abbott Ireland Vascular Division in Clonmel is seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for leading a team to improve quality and productivity. You will plan staffing, monitor operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.

With NFQ level 7 and 4+ years of related experience, you will mentor staff, manage schedules, and interact with Quality, Engineering, HR, and Supply Chain to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• NFQ level 7 qualification and 4+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in a quality system environment and adherence to standards.
• Ability to lead, train and develop staff within a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership to a group of employees to improve quality and productivity.
• Identify problems, plan tasks and deliver solutions with management guidance.
• Develop your team through training and progressively challenging tasks.
• Coordinate staffing and resources with Operations Management and Planning.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
