Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Product Quality Manager to lead a team of Product Quality Specialists and ensure quality activities across the product lifecycle. You will oversee batch acceptance, investigations, CAPA, change control, and product disposition while fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

You will manage operations, drive data‑driven decisions, and collaborate with Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, and other functions. Hybrid travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 6+ years of professional experience.
• 0-2 years of supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Quality Specialists.
• Provide oversight of batch acceptance and product disposition activities.
• Ensure investigations, CAPA, and change control activities are managed effectively and completed within timelines.
• Oversee quarantine, release, rejection, and disposition activities by the Product Quality team.
• Communicate quality risks and performance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Operations.
