Collins McNicholas Recruitment is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a global materials science and digital identification solutions company based in Longford. The role is full‑time with hybrid working, reporting to senior operations and focusing on quality across raw materials, in‑process, and finished products.

You will lead quality engineers and inspectors, ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a scientific related field.
• 4+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years in regulatory compliance and quality systems.
• 4+ years of experience managing a team.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the quality function directing quality engineers and inspectors and set quality standards.
• Formulate strategy for high‑performance quality culture for a world‑class medical device manufacturer.
• Coach and develop staff supporting quality function and drive quality awareness.
• Drive improvements to the quality system ensuring suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• Collaborate with commercial and operations to deliver value to top key accounts and plan improvements.
