Job summary

McKesson Ireland is seeking a Product Quality Manager to lead a team of Product Quality Specialists and ensure quality activities comply with regulatory requirements.

You will oversee batch acceptance, investigations, CAPA, change control, and product disposition, while driving continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to LEADRx leadership expectations. Hybrid working with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Product Quality, or Quality Control within a GxP-regulated environment.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop others; supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with quality systems, investigations, CAPA, change control, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Quality Specialists and set clear goals aligned with department objectives.
• Provide oversight of batch acceptance, product disposition, and investigations.
• Manage CAPA, change control, quarantine, release, and disposition activities.
• Identify quality risks and ensure effective oversight across the product lifecycle.
