Job summary

You will shape vision across home automation, voice tech, music experiences, and devices, translating community feedback into opportunities while guiding discovery through delivery.

In a remote, collaborative environment, you will work with engineers, UX designers, and external partners, balancing strategy with hands-on execution and active community involvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager delivering value to users.
• 3+ years defining product vision, shaping strategy, and roadmaps.
• Ability to work autonomously and support iterative development.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for assigned projects.
• Turn opportunities into actionable initiatives with engineers and designers.
• Coordinate day-to-day product development and release cycles.
• Engage with global open-source community via forums, Discord, GitHub, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives and deliveries.
• Coordinate external dependencies, including hardware/software alignment.
• Work across smart home, voice, music experiences, and open connectivity projects.
• Communicate direction and progress to contributors, partners, and the community.
