Job summary

Workhuman is seeking a Senior Product Manager to operate at the intersection of strategy and delivery within the Recognition Experience domain. You will own outcomes for a strategic product area, guiding discovery, roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver AI-powered experiences and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience owning user-facing software in SaaS
• Experience delivering B2B SaaS solutions at scale
• Strong discovery instincts and ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear products
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for a strategic product domain within Recognition Experience
• Lead discovery, experimentation, and product measurement with real customers
• Translate insights into clear strategy, priorities, and trade-offs
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing and senior leaders to simplify complexity
• Mentor and coach team members and contribute to a high-performing product function
