Job summary

Mastercard in Ireland is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead end-to-end product initiatives within the Services teams. You will partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver scalable capabilities and drive adoption across customer segments.

You will translate customer needs and market insights into actionable roadmaps, leverage AI to enhance experimentation, and coach junior team members while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or product strategy.
• Proven ability to turn customer needs into roadmaps.
• Familiarity with AI in SaaS products.
• Understanding of commercial impact of product decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams informed by research and data.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and regional teams.
• Support platform enhancements and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Guide regional teams on product capabilities and roadmaps.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness with positioning and launch plans.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
