Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Ethoca EMEA Product Integration team. You will work across Europe to guide customers through end-to-end integrations, from kickoff to launch, while partnering with Sales for pre-sales technical support.

In this hands-on role, you will need strong technical fluency, structured execution, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments. Fluency in English and Italian is required, with experience in API-based integrations preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with API-based integrations in fintech or SaaS.
• Ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Italian fluency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer integrations from onboarding to launch with clear guidance.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and translate requirements into actionable specs.
