We're looking for a Sr. Product Designer to join the Monetization team and support some of the most foundational experiences in the Squarespace ecosystem‑customer checkout, cross‑sell, and managing your subscriptions/products. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of multiple products, and shaping experiences that are core to how Squarespace offers our products to the world. You’ll work with product, engineer, research partners and multiple stakeholders, and have the chance to drive real and immediate business impact, directly impact revenue goals, and create a best‑in‑class monetization experience for Squarespace customers. This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin, Ireland based office. You will report to the Product Design Director of the Monetization team, and partner closely with a Staff Product Designer.

Responsibilities

• Create rational, articulable, elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Think holistically about the user journey and product ecosystem.
• Design concepts for the platform that are usable, educational, and relevant.
• Build high quality solutions that directly impact the bottom line of the business.
• Drive work from discovery and concept through detailed design and delivery.
• Be data‑driven and have an interest in measuring and improving the experience.
• Contribute to OKRs, product strategy, vision, and roadmap by working closely with PM and Engineering partners.
• Help define key metrics in order to track success and business impact.
• Maintain clear team alignment around goals and priorities.
• Partner with user research and testing, ensuring usability and product consistency.
• Collaborate with our Design Systems team to ensure your work integrates into our ecosystem.
• Love talking to users and looking at data in equal measure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design.
• Simplifies complex data into actionable design tasks.
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping both large concepts and micro‑interactions.
• Strong visual design expertise in consistency, color, typography, and animation.
• Experience with UX methodologies for complex systems (service blueprints, user journeys, usability testing).
• Systems approach to designing large concepts and micro‑interactions.
• Effective at storytelling and tailoring presentations for different audiences.
• Passionate about impactful design, staying current with trends.
• Provides thought leadership and aligns design with brand voice.
