Job summary

Repligen Ireland is seeking a Senior Process Technician to lead hands-on prototype manufacturing and development activities at Waterford. You will work at the interface of R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to build prototypes, transfer processes, and optimize manufacturing readiness.

Key duties include assembling prototypes, supporting testing and validation, and creating robust work instructions while ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation are maintained across the product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, engineering, R&D, or product development.
• Experience assembling mechanical, fluid handling, or electromechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, or qualification activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and inspect prototypes and pilot units from drawings.
• Manufacture prototype silicone components for development.
• Support NPI and technology transfer from R&D into manufacturing.
• Develop work instructions and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with GMP/GDP.
