Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Process Technician Senior Coordinator on a 12 Month FTC to oversee manufacturing and packaging of Botanical Drug Product (BDP) in a compliant, efficient manner. The role may include direct people management and requires strong cGMP and EH&S knowledge.

You will ensure batch documentation is accurate, liaise across departments for scheduling, train new staff, and drive improvements in processes to reduce costs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment, ideally pharma/chemical/food.
• NVQs or similar pharmaceutical qualifications preferred.
• Proven experience supervising or leading teams in pharma or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cGxP and EH&S knowledge relevant to the role.
• Deliver against schedule for all BDP production batches.
• Ensure batch documentation complies with cGMP and procedures.
• Adhere to Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and report hazards.
• Perform routine micro testing in CMS.
• Liaise with departments on production scheduling (supply chain, warehouse, engineering, QC, QA).
• Train and coach new starters in BDP processes.
• Identify and implement improvements across BDP processes to raise efficiency and reduce costs.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by production management.
