Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment, ideally pharmaceutical/chemical or food industry.
• NVQ or equivalent pharmaceutical qualifications.
• Proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Attention to detail and good numeracy.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cGxP and EH&S knowledge applicable to the job.
• Ensure delivery against schedule for all BDP production batches.
• Ensure batch documentation complies with cGMP and current procedures.
• Record manufacturing conditions in batch docs and logbooks.
• Complete cleaning procedures to high standards per cGMP practices.
• Train and coach new starters in BDP manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Identify areas for improvement across BDP production processes and implement changes.
• Flexible work hours to cover production overruns.
• Potential to act as BDP EH&S representative.
