Arcadis is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to join our Dublin design office, delivering world-class designs for semiconductor, data center and related facilities. You will lead ATG process design, develop PFDs and P&IDs, and guide multidisciplinary teams across design stages from feasibility to construction.

The role requires 8+ years in process/chemical engineering, strong communication, and proven leadership on complex projects, with familiarity of HAZOP and ATEX requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in a Process or Chemical Engineering field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience; semiconductor project exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership for multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for ATG process design and lead design projects.
• Coordinate engineering tasks to produce construction documents.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with mechanical, structural, architectural and electrical teams.
