Qualificações

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduation experience in pharmaceutical API manufacturing or process development.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to drive improvement initiatives.

• Experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site activities for new product introductions or tech transfers, including new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and launch milestones.
• Evaluate raw materials, develop process fits, and optimise API processes; support regulatory and validation activities.
• Problem-solve to overcome technical issues and ensure successful process demonstrations.
• Develop SME expertise in Process or Chemical Engineering internally and with industry partners.
