Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, electrical or automation.
• Minimum 5 years' engineering leadership experience in high-volume, high-tech manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading Process, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering teams.
• Strong robotics, automation and advanced manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience in industrialisation, manufacturing ramp-up and capital budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process & Test Engineering function with strategic direction.
• Define and implement long-term industrial and manufacturing strategy.
• Drive automation, robotics and high-speed manufacturing technologies.
• Industrialise new products and processes from development to production.
• Manage complex engineering projects including deployment of automated systems.
• Oversee capital investment planning and expenditure programmes.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement and asset utilisation.
• Ensure process performance, quality, compliance and operational excellence.
• Lead standardisation across products, processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, product and global functions.
• Support ramp-up and complex process challenges.
• Develop engineering capability and foster innovation culture.
