The role emphasizes enterprise patterns, AI‑driven prototyping, and delivering secure, observable systems that unify customer data across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale architectures for large platforms.
• Hands-on software engineering and prototyping skills.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive North Star architecture for marketing technology ecosystem.
• Develop phased roadmaps moving platforms toward target state with clear priorities.
• Lead architecture across distributed systems for scalability and cost efficiency.
• Integrate MarTech assets: data, identity, audiences, campaigns, and measurement.
• Define enterprise architecture patterns and reusable components.
• Partner with product, engineering and business to align decisions with outcomes.
• Evaluate complex tech challenges and validate with proofs of concept.
• Provide hands-on leadership across cloud, APIs, data platforms, and IaC.
• Use AI to accelerate prototyping and improve engineering workflows.
• Embed privacy, security, resilience and observability in designs.
• Influence decisions across the organization and mentor staff.
