Novartis Ireland is looking for an R Developer based in Dublin to work as part of an interdisciplinary team. The role involves developing R packages and Shiny applications to support clinical trials and enhance user experiences.

This role will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop solutions and tools that enable study teams working on analyses and reporting activities in clinical trials. They will work across the clinical reporting lifecycle, gain an appreciation of the user experience today and work with Product Owners to deliver progress in high impact areas. Additionally, this role will focus on enabling the use of open-source programming languages and tooling.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 63,490.00 - 117,910.00 EUR.
The base salary offered is determined based on gender‑neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and will be reviewed periodically upon joining Novartis.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
