Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Chartered status or actively pursuing professional accreditation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading the delivery of engineering projects.
• Sound technical design expertise with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with programme and commercial considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, tender documentation, and technical reporting.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving growth and opportunities.
• Champion innovation through digital engineering, automation, lean methods, and data-driven delivery.
• Ensure projects meet high technical, quality, and commercial standards.
• Coordinate with colleagues across Ireland, the UK, and the Global Integrated Delivery network.
