Are you a qualified Chartered Accountant ready to step into a role that offers real progression, variety, and flexibility? Our client – a well-established, partner-led accountancy practice based in South Dublin – is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their growing team.

With over 30 years of experience supporting clients across a broad range of industries, this firm combines a friendly, collaborative culture with a clear, merit-based path to promotion and potential future partnership. Role:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of SME and high-value clients
• Handling a mix of audit, accounts prep, tax (corporate and personal), and advisory work
• Taking direct ownership of client relationships and delivery
• Mentoring and supporting junior staff as a key senior team member
• Enjoying high visibility within the firm – with a clear route to promotion within 12 months and a defined path to future partnership

Requirements:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience in practice
• A solid grounding in audit, accounts prep, and tax
• Experience with Irish accounting software such as Relate, Xero, and Taxpro is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll enjoy working directly with clients
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities

Salary & Benefits:

• €54,000 – €65,000 base salary (DOE)
• Performance bonus up to 10%
• Flexible hours & hybrid working options
