Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience in PPC / Paid Media Management.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience managing large advertising budgets ($20K+/month).
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $20,000 to $200,000+.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Build and maintain dashboards using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies for client accounts.
Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and platform updates.
