Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a seasoned Power Platform Engineer to join the Product Excellence team in Ireland and shape internal products at scale. You will design and deliver scalable Power Apps Canvas & Code Apps, leveraging Dataverse and integrations across Microsoft 365.

You will collaborate with PMs, UX designers and engineers to drive robust, user-centric solutions. With 5+ years of software engineering and 3+ years on Power Platform, you will help establish reusable patterns and contribute to

Qualifications

5+ years software engineering experience (10+ preferred).
3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps Canvas and Power Automate.
Knowledge of Dataverse architecture, data modelling, security and governance.
Experience delivering business-critical applications at scale.
Strong UX and user-centred design.
Experience in agile product teams.
Experience using AI development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable Power Apps Canvas & Code Apps from concept to production.
Work with Dataverse for data modelling, security and governance.
Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers and Engineering teams.
Establish reusable development patterns, standards and components.
Drive application performance, scalability, usability and accessibility.
Build integrations across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise systems.
Explore AI-assisted development using Copilot, Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot.
Contribute to greenfield product development and modern engineering practices.
