Job summary

BLAZECORP PTE. LTD. seeks a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement business applications and automation using Microsoft Power Platform.

You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio to deliver end-to-end solutions. The role involves building Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, automating workflows, integrating with Microsoft 365 and REST APIs, and supporting deployment and governance best practices across Enterprise Power Platform

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps - Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps.
• Strong experience developing Power Automate workflows and business process automation.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and integration with Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including chatbot/AI agent development.
• Experience with Power Platform Connectors, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services, particularly Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Understanding of Power Platform security, permissions, environments, solutions, and deployment.
• Experience with ALM, solution management, and Power Platform deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Build and manage automated workflows with Power Automate, including approvals and notifications.
• Develop and maintain solutions with SharePoint Online and integration with Power Platform.
• Design and manage data solutions using Dataverse, including tables and relationships.
• Develop Copilot Studio agents to automate interactions and improve UX.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL Server, REST APIs.
• Develop reusable components, connectors, and integrations for scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Power Apps and Power Automate implementations.
• Follow Power Platform security, governance, environments, and deployment best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer for users and teams.

Role

We are looking for an anexperiencedPower Platform Developerwith hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing business applications and automation solutions usingMicrosoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inPower Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, with experience delivering end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications usingMicrosoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Build and manage automated workflows usingPower Automate, including approval processes, notifications, integrations, and business process automation.
• Develop and maintain solutions usingSharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions, forms, and integration with Power Platform.
• Design and manage data solutions usingMicrosoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
• Develop and configureCopilot Studio agentsto automate business interactions, provide self-service capabilities, and improve user experience.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions withMicrosoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL Server, REST APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable components, connectors, and integrations to support scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Hands-on experience withSharePoint Onlineand integration with Power Platform.
• Experience working withMicrosoft Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Copilot Studio, including chatbot/AI agent development and configuration.
• Experience withPower Platform Connectors, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Good understanding ofMicrosoft 365 services, particularly Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Understanding ofPower Platform security, permissions, environments, solutions, and deployment.
• Experience withALM, solution management, and Power Platform deployment practices is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such asPL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-500.
• Experience in enterprise application development and workflow automation.
• Knowledge ofPower BI, SQL Server, Azure, or Azure AD/Entra ID would be an added advantage
