Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Power Platform Lead Architect to shape architecture, governance and delivery on enterprise projects. You will lead a skilled team, translate client needs into scalable Power Platform solutions, and drive best practices across engagements.

The role requires senior stakeholder management, hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, and a track record of client-facing delivery in Ireland or similar markets.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years in Power Platform, with strong architecture and governance experience.
• Client-facing consultant with senior stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership of Power Platform teams in Ireland or similar markets.
• Deep knowledge of Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Experience with APIs and Azure integration services.

As a team:

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect and Team Lead, with a speciality in business applications and workplace automation, to join our Microsoft AI Business Solutions team.

The Opportunity:

As a Power Platform Architect and Team Lead, you will be responsible for architecture, governance, and providing technical leadership and ownership on implementation projects.

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Platform.


• Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.


• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and managing team members and promoting best practices in development and solution architecture.


• Work closely with other functional consultants to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of business requirements.


• Optimise performance and scalability of Power Platform solutions.


• Conduct code reviews, system testing, and troubleshoot complex issues.


• Prepare design documents and other technical documentation.


• Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform advancements and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives

This is a senior role, candidates must have at least 7 years of industry-relevant experience in this area, including:

• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.


• 5+ years’ experience with Power Platform and Dataverse development.


• Experience of operating as a Team Lead and Solution Architect.


• Proven experience as a client-facing senior consultant for Power Platform.


• Expertise in developing solutions with Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages.


• Experience of system integration using APIs and Azure integration services.


• Deep understanding of Dataverse, security models, and governance best practices.


• Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.


• Experience of system migration and data migration work.


• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.


• Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.


• Set yourself apart if you can demonstrate some of the areas below:


• Experience leading a large technical Power Platform team in Ireland for either one Enterprise client or cross-client.


• Experience leveraging Copilot Studio and GenAI components with Power Platform to deliver on business requirements.


• Experience leading an AI-enabled Power Platform team.


• Deep industry experience in one of the key focus areas, such as Public Sector, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services or Consumer & Retail.
