You will drive concept development, prototype translation, and collaboration across departments to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of innovative products, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on design of power electronic products.
• Experience with power conversion topologies and high-frequency switching.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to conception and development of electrosurgical generators.
• Explore power electronics technologies for surgical energy delivery.
• Translate research insights into practical prototypes and future product concepts.
• Design and analysis of systems and subsystems to spec, cost, and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory and safety standards.
• Provide guidance on power electronics design and system integration.
