Job summary

CEL - Critical Power is seeking a Senior PMO Specialist to govern and deliver strategic programmes across Ireland and North America. You will drive project governance, provide portfolio insights, and ensure risks, resources, and budgets are proactively managed across multiple initiatives in manufacturing and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in PMO, project controls, governance, or portfolio reporting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or technology-led transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve CEL's project governance framework, templates, and stage-gate processes.
• Produce and maintain consolidated portfolio dashboards covering schedule, cost, benefits, risks, and project performance.
• Maintain the master portfolio plan and manage dependencies across multiple projects.
• Support stakeholders in developing robust project plans and resource-loaded schedules.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and change controls in partnership with Finance.
• Lead lessons learned and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
