Job summary

Crown seeks an experienced Site Manager to join our Dublin team. You will lead day-to-day site operations for roofing, cladding and façade works, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage safety, quality and programme, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements and project specifications across all works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Management role within roofing, cladding or façade projects.
• Construction-related qualification; Construction Management, Construction Science or Engineering preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with the project programme.
• Coordinate labour resources and ensure all personnel on site are appropriately qualified and compliant with Health & Safety requirements.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials in line with project requirements.
• Ensure all plant and equipment is available, suitable for purpose and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
• Deliver works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Implement and maintain site quality assurance procedures, including Inspection and Test Plans.
