Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major construction/engineering project in the Midwest, with full responsibility from planning through delivery on site in Limerick. You will ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence while coordinating a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires five years of PM experience, a relevant qualification, and strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. You will chair meetings, manage budgets and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a project manager in construction or engineering.
• Relevant project management or engineering qualification.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale projects.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of industry regulations, best practice, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Chair meetings, providing clear direction, and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality policies are strictly adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
