Job summary

Prism Digital is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a platform engineering role in Dublin. You will write Go software automating a cloud-agnostic Kubernetes platform, building Operators and controllers to handle provisioning, upgrades, scaling and recovery.

You will mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and work with multi-cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP and private data centres, contributing to a greenfield platform that ships a single container across clouds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or platform engineering.
• Strong production Go; Kubernetes at scale.
• Experience with multi-cloud across AWS, Azure, GCP and private data centres.

Responsibilities

• Write the Go software that automates a cloud-agnostic Kubernetes platform.
• Build Kubernetes Operators and controllers from scratch for provisioning, upgrades, scaling and recovery.
• Design APIs to hide cloud differences and mentor engineers on engineering standards.
