Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Go and multiple languages.
• 8+ years in software development and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Fraud Rule Engines and large-scale migrations.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of platforms related to Fraud Rules/Engines and migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure architecture, security, and compliance alignment across projects.
• Mentor teams and drive engineering excellence and PoC pilots.
• Experience with AI/GenAI concepts relevant to fraud detection.
