Qualifications

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and DevOps basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of platforms, especially fraud-related rules/engines and migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure implementations align with architectural design, patterns, and standards.
• Ensure designs meet business needs, infrastructure, and security/compliance requirements.
• Drive engineering excellence and lead early-stage projects (PoC, Pilot).
• Assist with scoping, sizing, planning and estimation for projects.
• Mentor developers and promote best practices across the team.
• Familiarity with AI tech like Gen AI/LLMs related to fraud rules.
• Hands-on implementation using multiple programming languages and patterns.
• Build and operate scalable global platforms with high throughput and low latency.
