Job summary

Drive engineering excellence, mentor developers, and ensure designs align with security, compliance, and business needs. Proficiency in Go, Python, and Java across various frameworks is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software and micro-services architecture.
• Experience with fraud rule engines.
• Hands-on with design patterns and multiple languages.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiar with GenAI/LLMs and AI technologies.
• Experience building scalable, high-availability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of platforms related to Fraud Rules/Engines and large-scale migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify solutions, and provide technical thought leadership.
• Ensure project designs comply with architectural standards, policies, and best practices.
• Align solution designs with business needs, infrastructure capabilities, and security & compliance requirements.
• Drive engineering excellence and lead PoC/Pilot projects.
• Assist with scoping, sizing, prioritizing, planning, and estimation.
• Mentor development teams on industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies related to fraud rules.
• Build and operate scalable global platforms with high throughput and 5-9s availability.
• Proficient in multiple languages including Go, Python, and Java.
