CAST AI Group is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines that serve multiple engineering teams. You will create robust observability tooling and develop local development environments to reproduce production conditions on laptops.

You will debug complex issues spanning CI/CD, observability, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure, and contribute to the platform roadmap. A startup mindset and strong English skills are essential in our remote-first, globally

Qualifikationen

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with clean abstractions and maintainable code.
• Production Go experience preferred; otherwise strong systems programming in a comparable language.
• Experience in platform engineering: CI/CD and GitOps, IaC (Terraform), container orchestration (Kubernetes/Helm).
• Experience with AI coding agents and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Startup mindset: adaptable and proactive.
