Job summary

Sisk Group in Ireland is seeking a Planning Manager to lead the planning and scheduling for multiple projects across building and infrastructure. Reporting to the Head of Planning, you will develop robust programmes aligned with contractual requirements and drive proactive decision-making with project teams.

The role requires extensive construction planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and the ability to manage cross-disciplinary interfaces.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in planning management on medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage project schedules for design, procurement and construction phases.
• Produce programme reports highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Analyse schedule performance and critical path across disciplines.
• Mentor and develop planning staff to ensure competency.
• Coordinate interfaces and dependencies across project teams.
