Job summary

Servisource is seeking a compassionate Theatre Manager (CNM3) to lead our client's perioperative services within a busy acute hospital setting in Ireland. The post holder will provide senior clinical leadership, strategic management and operational oversight of the Theatre Department, in partnership with the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMBI registration and hospital senior management experience.
• Minimum five years’ post-registration experience in acute hospital.
• Minimum two years in CNM3-level management.
• Postgraduate qualification in perioperative nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Theatre Department and oversee safe delivery of nursing and clinical services.
• Schedule theatre lists and optimise resources.
• Maintain patient-centred care in line with standards.
• Lead staffing, rostering and workforce planning.
• Drive quality improvement and risk management.
• Participate in hospital governance and committees.
• Liaise with the Director of Nursing and provide regular reports.
