Job summary

Davy is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Pension Support team within Client Services. The role focuses on understanding pension products, coordinating maturity benefits and processing transfers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will support the Associate Director with regulatory reporting, policy set ups, and disclosures, contributing to accurate, timely pension operations and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Pensions Administrator.
• QFA essential.
• Strong technical pensions knowledge and compliance awareness.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise work and communicate effectively.
• Team-player attitude and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Understand Davy's pension offerings including PRSAs, ARFs and Retirement Bonds.
• Coordinate and process maturity benefits.
• Coordinate transfers out, Pension Adjustment Orders and Death Benefits.
• Assist the Associate Director in Regulatory reporting.
• Set up new pension policies, Revenue submissions and contributions transfers.
• Ensure compliance with pension rules including IORPS II.
• Issue disclosures to members and regulatory bodies.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and risk/compliance frameworks.
