Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in PDK development.
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, TCL, Perl).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive PDKs representing process technologies.
• Create and support pcells using Cadence Skill and scripting languages.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline layout generation, verification, and design setup.
• Ensure deliverables meet DRC/LVS rules and ship with QA validation.
• Collaborate with process, integration, and design teams to translate process parameters into design rules.
