Job summary

We are recruiting for experienced Senior Speech & Language Therapists to join a neurodiversity-affirming multidisciplinary team. This role supports neurodivergent children and young people in a child-led, strengths-based environment.

You will deliver assessments and interventions, support AAC users and minimally speaking children, provide individual, dyadic and group therapy, coach families, and collaborate with other therapists. Full-time and flexible part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Recognised Speech & Language Therapy qualification.
• CORU registration or eligibility for registration.
• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience, including paediatric experience.
• Experience working with neurodivergent children and young people.
• Strong understanding of neuro-affirming, child-led practice.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Delivering neuro-affirming assessments and interventions.
• Providing individual, dyadic and group-based therapy.
• Working closely with families through parent coaching and support.
• Collaborating with Occupational Therapists and other multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Contributing to team training and service development.
• Providing clinical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Maintaining clinical documentation and participating in CPD and supervision.
