Job summary

Allied Health/Nursing is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a growing, neurodiversity-affirming multidisciplinary service. You will deliver neuro-affirming assessments and interventions with neurodivergent children and young people in a child-led, trauma-informed setting.

Role involves collaboration with families and colleagues, delivering group and individual therapy, and contributing to service development while maintaining thorough clinical documentation and ongoing CPD.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification.
• CORU registration or eligibility for registration.
• Paediatric OT experience.
• Experience working with neurodivergent children and young people.
• Strong understanding of neuro-affirming, child-led practice.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with sensory processing, autism, ADHD, play-based intervention or parent coaching is desirable.
