Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Lead Oracle Financials Functional Analyst to provide functional leadership across Oracle EBS, partnering with business and IT to design and implement finance processes. The role spans P2P, O2C, and R2R, with exposure to SCM and integration touchpoints.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business or manufacturing/operations or IT related field or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of IT specific experience as a key SME on IT initiatives.
Minimum of 10 years of knowledge and experience with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Financials solutions delivery and act as SME for Oracle modules.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define strategy, drive solution design, and ensure successful implementation.
Provide production support and oversee testing and deployment of new features.
Create functional specifications and test cases, and guide development and testing activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable finance and SCM solutions.
Ensure governance, ITIL aligned procedures, and adherence to internal SLAs.
Drive continuous improvement and business value across Finance processes.
