Job summary

Natus Medical Incorporated in Ireland is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Solution Architect to own the Oracle EBS R12.2 landscape, leading global ERP initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance.

This highly visible role requires designing scalable end-to-end processes, driving requirements, fit-gap analyses and integration with AR/AP/GL/Tax, while partnering with business leaders and vendors. The position offers a flexible hybrid model with travel to Gort, Co. Galway as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 experience in Architect/Lead roles.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, BOM, WIP, Advanced Pricing, Shipping).
• Experience designing end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process design skills.
• Experience leading global ERP implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution architecture across Oracle EBS R12.2 SCM, Manufacturing and Financials.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analyses and design workshops.
• Design and optimize end-to-end O2C and P2P processes.
• Drive improvements across Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing and Planning.
• Partner with Finance to integrate AR/AP/GL/Tax processes.
• Lead global ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts and enhancements.
• Define integration requirements across Oracle and connected systems.
• Support complex production issues and deliver sustainable process improvements.
• Provide leadership to project teams, consultants and partners.

What You'll Do

• Own the solution architecture across Oracle EBS R12.2 Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Financials.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, consultants and external partners.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• Extensive Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 experience gained in Solution Architect, Lead Functional Consultant or Senior Business Applications roles.
• Deep expertise across Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules including:
  • Order Management
  • Inventory
  • Purchasing
  • Bills of Materials (BOM)
  • Work in Process (WIP)
  • Advanced Pricing
  • Shipping Execution
  • Oracle Quality
• Strong understanding of Oracle Financials integration.
• Experience designing and supporting end-to-end:
  • Order-to-Cash
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Manufacturing
  • Planning processes
• Proven experience leading global ERP implementations, upgrades and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process design skills.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with ASCP, ATP/GOP and Demantra.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing, healthcare or medical device environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Agile PLM, EDI integrations and carrier integrations.
• Oracle certifications.

Location & Flexibility

This position is based within Ireland and offers a highly flexible hybrid working model.

Candidates can work remotely for the majority of their time but must be able to travel to our Gort, Co. Galway site when required for project workshops, business meetings, collaboration sessions and key project activities.
