Job summary

HelloFresh in Ireland’s Dublin region is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to own the site, including the production facility, warehouse and planning, in collaboration with our 3PL partner to run a first-class operation.

You will lead a team, drive safety, quality and cost efficiency, and ensure budget oversight while aligning with global standards across our rapidly scaling operations.

About The Role

As Senior Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our site and partner closely with our 3PL provider to run a first-class operation. This isn't just about managing processes - it’s about people.

What You’ll Do

• Shape the Site: Oversee our entire Production facility - including the warehouse and planning functions - with strategic oversight of our 3PL partner managing agency and hourly workforces.
• Cultivate Excellence: Champion a culture of continuous improvement across safety, quality, and cost efficiency within an agile, rapidly scaling operational environment.
• Align & Influence: Act as a key strategic partner to stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and aligning diverse interests to deliver business objectives.
• Own the Numbers: Drive site performance through critical metrics such as efficiency and error‑reduction.
• Connect Globally: Collaborate with your peers to establish standardisation, share best practices, and build seamless operational consistency.
• Build the Future: Actively mentor, coach, and develop the team to build a strong talent pipeline and foster clear career progression.

Own the Budget: Maintain full financial oversight of site expenditure, including invoice authorisation, with rigorous attention to detail and sharp numerical skills.
