Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5+ years manufacturing experience, preferably at production management level
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production to ensure timely, cost-effective manufacturing.
• Lead teams to deliver a quality-first culture, customer service, and continual improvement of products and processes.
• Oversee capacity planning, NPI launches, and alignment with KPI targets; mentor other managers and drive safety, quality, and cost controls.
