Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science, engineering, operations, or a related discipline.
• Five years’ experience in operations supervision or management within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with risk-based verification methods and compliance-focused operational management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate manufacturing and janitorial teams toward departmental objectives.
• Provide direction to Operations Managers and Senior Technicians.
• Promote cross-shift communication to maintain continuity.
• Conduct regular performance discussions.
• Organize department meetings and communicate priorities.
• Maintain staffing capacity in line with budgets.
• Coach Senior Technicians for succession planning.
• Encourage continuous improvement and CAPA initiatives.
