Job summary

AbbVie North Dublin site is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations and guide a manufacturing team in delivering quality products in a compliant environment. The role is integral to site leadership and emphasizes safety, performance, and adherence to the System for Management.

You will collaborate with QA/QC, Engineering and Warehouse, set performance expectations, and coach staff to meet production goals while maintaining cGMP standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
• Minimum three years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production shop floor environment.
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Experience in managing by metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring cGMP compliance.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering and Warehouse to maintain readiness.
• Lead staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
