Job summary

The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise OpenShift environments, ensuring high availability, security hardening and automation within GitOps workflows. You will deploy multi-cluster OCP 4.x environments, develop containerized Java applications, and integrate Argo CD with enterprise CI/CD systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience managing production Kubernetes or OpenShift environments.
• Strong understanding of multi-cluster OpenShift/OCP and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with GitOps workflows and CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and maintain multi-cluster Red Hat OpenShift (OCP 4.x) environments.
• Design, develop, and deploy Java applications in containerized environments using Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Manage cloud-native deployment workflows using Argo CD and integrate with enterprise CI/CD systems.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation and diagrams to support design decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, capacity, replication, and data-related issues.
• Optimize processes for speed and efficiency and ensure scalable data handling.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver scalable and maintainable code.
• Understand infrastructure requirements and develop streamlined CI/CD processes.
