Job summary

ROVA Health in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a Senior Performance Manager to lead on-site delivery for a flagship corporate account, directing two active gyms and a premium pool facility while managing a team of Performance Coaches. The role blends floor and boardroom responsibilities, focusing on operational excellence and strategic partnerships.

You will own site budgets, present impact data to executive stakeholders, and build an on-site community that drives engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ strength coaching or personal training experience in premium environments.
• Proven track record managing and upskilling teams of fitness professionals.
• Experience handling stakeholder relations and managing annual budgets.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills for executive review.
• Industry certifications (CSCS, Exos Specialist, FMS) and CPR/AED required.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and oversee cross-regional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across two gyms and one pool facility, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth operations.
• Mentor and manage a diverse team of Performance Coaches; conduct regular evaluations.
• Lead strategic client partnerships and align with corporate leadership and plans.
• Analyze site data, manage budgets, and report metrics to executive stakeholders.
• Organize events and internal wellness initiatives to drive engagement on campus.
