Job summary

JLL in Dublin is seeking an experienced Office Agency Advisor to lead landlord and occupier relationships and drive lease transactions from instruction to completion. You will manage marketing campaigns, provide rental and market analysis, and negotiate terms with clients.

This role requires 3-5 years in commercial agency, MSCSI Chartered Surveyor and PSRA licence, and a full driving license. On-site Dublin location with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• MSCSI Chartered Surveyor and PSRA licence holder.
• Minimum 3-5 years' commercial agency experience.
• Proven track record managing transactions and client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage office agency instructions and marketing strategies.
• Build client relationships with landlords, occupiers, and investors.
• Conduct property inspections and prepare marketing materials.
• Provide rental and strategy advice backed by market analysis.
• Negotiate heads of terms, coordinate transaction completions and provide client market updates.
• Stay current on market trends and competitor activity.
• Active participation in maintaining JLLs databases and market reporting.
• Generate new business through networking and prospecting.
• Mentor and support junior team members
