Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Staff or Senior Occupational Therapist for a Children’s Mainstream Residential service in Carlow. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering occupational therapy to children and young people in care, with a focus on CTI and DDP-informed practice.

The role requires CORU registration and a recognised OT qualification, with flexible hours (37.5 hrs) and a hybrid working option.

Qualifications

• Must be CORU registered and CORU‑recognized qualified in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience with children/young people in care preferred.
• Strong collaboration with MDT and clinical coordinator required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children/young people in care within the residential setting.
• Manage caseload with effective time management.
• Assess needs and contribute to multidisciplinary care planning.
• Apply therapeutic approaches and models to support children, mentoring the child’s support network.
• Maintain professional standards within a multidisciplinary team.
