Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist for the East Galway & South Roscommon Primary Care Network, based at Mountbellew Primary Care Centre. The role focuses on providing Occupational Therapy to adults within Primary Care.

The post requires CORU registration, relevant OT qualification, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• CORU registration mandatory.
• Experience in Primary Care or community-based services desirable.
• Experience with adult caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to adults in a Primary Care setting.
• Work with multidisciplinary team and clinical governance.
• Maintain clinical records and documentation to standards.
• Participate in care planning and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Coordinate equipment, adaptations, and rehabilitation advice.
