• Ensure development activity meets regulations, customer requirements, and legislative standards.
• Manage project timelines and documentation for launches.
• Lead product improvements based on consumer feedback and market trends.
• Organise and participate in innovation sessions.
• Oversee handovers to site teams and approve artwork.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
